By engaging with our services, including but not limited to security consultations, emergency management services, or communication via phone, email, or text messaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Text Messaging Terms of Use.
1. Services
CFM Solutions provides private security and emergency management services, including but not limited to on-site security, emergency response planning, consultations, and operational coordination. Services are provided as agreed upon in separate contracts, service agreements, or verbal/written arrangements with clients or employees.
2. Eligibility
To engage with our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. Employees and clients must provide accurate contact information (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses) for service coordination.
3. Payment
Fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Payments are due as specified in those agreements. Late payments may incur fees or result in suspension of services, subject to applicable law.
4. Communication
We may communicate with you via phone, email, or SMS for operational purposes, such as scheduling, service updates, or emergency coordination. SMS communications are governed by our separate Text Messaging Terms of Use. You agree to maintain accurate contact information and promptly notify us of any changes.
5. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal and business information, except as required by law or to fulfill our services. You agree not to disclose confidential information provided by CFM Solutions, such as security protocols or emergency plans, to third parties without our written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFM Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services, including but not limited to service interruptions, delays, or errors in communication. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in specific service agreements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Worth, Texas.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website (https://www.cfmsolutions.org). Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
